		<description>Just to let you know there are quite a few gems here in the DuBois area.  How about a nice 4 bedroom, 2 bath for $35,000.  Or my favorite...a 5 apartment house, all 5 apartments were already rented out, for only $31,000.  
Finding a house sucks, buying it sucks even more.  I can still remember how tough it was being sticklers on certian things in our house.  For example, after a home inspection we were told some of the electrical work in the basement is not up to code.  So we fought tooth and nail to get it done right.  Within a year of moving in I had spliced 3 outlets using only electrical tape and those wire protector thingies.  Not up to code by ANY streatch of the imagination.  Of course owning a house is SO much better than renting.  I just removed the carpet in our basement and put in ceramic tile.  Not something I could have done were I renting.</description>
