So as usual, Aaron and I were totally unorganized and did not get around to sending out holiday cards…so, we took the above family photo a couple of weeks back and my mom circulated it as her holiday card. So, now I am posting it as an online holiday card. If you are reading this – consider yourself wished happy holidays by Aaron and me.

This past weekend, I drove out to Mount Holyoke to meet Abby and Jill, good friends from my college days. This year was the 10th anniversary of our graduation, but none of us made it to the reunion weekend in May – so this was our own private reunion. We met up at the new and improved campus center and spent a couple hours walking around campus, both admiring what had changed and reminiscing about things that had not. Afterwards we wandered over to the Village Commons for lunch and chatted about what’s new and going on in each of our lives. It was a quick visit, but fun to catch up and see campus again.

This past weekend Mom and Dad, Peter and Maria and Aaron and I met up with Amy, Joe and Justin to cut down Christmas trees. It was the first cold day we have had so far, so we bundled up and headed out to the tree farm. After a little roaming, everyone found what they were looking for – except Aaron and I. We wanted something small and lower maintenance this year, so we went the city route and bought a small one later that night at a roadside stand. :) Now all I have to do is decorate it.
