Aaron has started working on Justin early, shaping him into a future gamer. The above is a small album of photos of Aaron and Justin playing with the wooden blocks from a board game called Bamboleo. It’s a balancing/dexterity game that Amy and Joe have played with us before. Aaron reports that Justin is already showing a lot of potential… :)

Late in January we hosted a family get together to celebrate both Mom’s and my birthdays. We played the new family favorite, Rock Band. In the photo above, James is on vocals and I wish I had a audio file of his actual singing. No matter what the song – he managed to make it sound like AC/DC – which was quite entertaining for the rest of us. Later we ate lunch and then the sports fans in the family watched a Patriot’s game. Even though I had zero interest in the football game, there is a certain satisfaction in being able to have your whole family over to just hang out. Back in mid January we finally got my kind of snow storm – decent accumulation, a cold crisp day and a day off from work…NICE!
The above is a picture of the cherry tree out in the front yard. This album contains a few photos that we took on our way outside to shovel out. Days like this are the reason I love winter.
